Travel fees must be pre-paid if the distance is more than 30 miles. If cancellation occurs 45 minutes before agreed appointment time the travel fees are refundable, minus 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel the appointment less than 45 minutes before agreed appoinment time only 50% of the travel fees are refundable.
